How I make the light rays. [also OLD xD]

Free use, just don't say you made the brush, kthxbai~ ♥ C:

They should be compatible in both Photoshop and Elements. (My versions are CS3 and 5.0, so I dunno about older or newer versions.) Go to the place your downloads go and open the file. Nothing really OPENS, though. The brushes are just added to your current list. ^__^
